I live off New Hope Rd and drive all the way to the Louisburg Rd location. Drive thru customer service needs tremendous work. And this is truly sad to say. Management, would you please do better in this area? Thank you

The lobby was full as it was close to closing. The team from the drive-in stepped up to assist the tellers in the lobby. The lady teller acted irritated when I came to the window. Maybe the person in front of me had worked her nerves. I got what I needed and left just business, no smiles or goodbyes.
