From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful young gentleman named Sam, who truly made the experience so much better. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns.
The repair on my phone was done perfectly, and it was working just as it should. However, I did run into a small issue afterward, but I want to emphasize that this issue wasn’t due to the repair itself. Despite this, they didn’t hesitate to make things right. They offered to refund a portion of my repair cost to compensate for any potential problems that may have occurred, which was incredibly generous and thoughtful of them.
It’s not every day that you encounter a business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like this. I truly appreciate how Sam handled everything professionally and with such care. I’ll definitely be recommending Cell and Vape to anyone I know who needs repairs or any other services, they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!
