“I have been in the hobby over 35 years and have been using Nemo's long enough I can name at least 3 other locations they have been at prior to the Indian Trail location. The owner and his family have always been helpful, friendly and approachable since day one. This can also be said about the staff they hire as well. I am pretty good at always needing things for my aquariums last minute, and they are good at usually having everything in stock or if not, have good substitutes or are able to get it as fast as Amazon so I usually just use them. Livestock selection is better than any place I have ever used in the past. I have watched them acclimate the salt water shipments and was pretty impressed with the care and attention they give to the livestock. I have purchased many fish from them and still have some years later in spite of my negligence which is usually why I lose anything at home. Corals and Inverts are worth the mention as well, same attention to detail as the fish. Fun place to hang out, staff love to talk shop and share fish-keeping/reef-keeping experiences. Worth the trip, they try harder, and they will work hard to keep your business.”
“Dog wash was PRISTINE, clean and well-stocked with the best of everything. She smells like lavender now (not horse poo). I'll NEVER wash my pupper at home again. Thanks to the courteous staff who always make this trip a success.”
“I’ve been buying my pets’ food there for almost 7 years. For the past 2 or 3 years, I’ve been going every two weeks to get food for my dogs, and the staff has always been incredibly kind. I never have to carry anything — they always help me with my purchases. Every day they seem to add something new and beneficial for pets. Now they even offer a free pet wash station (just bring your own towel)! They also provide delivery service.”

She did an amazing job fixing the haircut disaster that another, much more expensive grooming salon had done to my dog, Simba. But what truly impressed me wasn’t just her grooming skills—it was the genuine love, patience, and care she showed him from the moment we walked in.
Stephanny is bilingual, and throughout the entire appointment she spoke to Simba in Spanish, which is the language we speak at home. That small but meaningful detail made him feel so much more comfortable, and it meant a lot to me.
She also performed ear plucking on his very sensitive ears, which have always been a challenge. With previous groomers, Simba would come home irritated, uncomfortable, and constantly shaking his head. With Stephanny, it was a completely different experience. She was incredibly gentle and careful, and he had no irritation or discomfort afterward.
It’s obvious that Stephanny truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about every dog she works with. She doesn’t just groom them—she treats them with the same love and compassion we do as pet parents.

“The Freedom No-Pull Harness is by far the best harness I've ever used. My Shar Pei was able to get out of every collar and harness I bought until I got this one for her. Also, it's sturdy and easy to adjust. When I called with questions, the person was very polite and knowledgeable. Now, both my dogs are safe and comfortable on walks.”
“I have 2 furr babies and 1 furr grand baby and all 3 go to this location. I come from Stanly County and it takes me about 45 mins to get there but the pet health plan can not be beat. Not all Pet Smart/Banfields are the same and I would not recommend anyone if I dont believe the location was a good one. The staff there is great and will address any concerns ASAP. I do believe this is a great location for you furr baby's needs.”

“The employees were so warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we arrived! My dog, Bruno, took to them right away, which immediately made me feel comfortable. All of the ladies were absolutely amazing and so loving toward him, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.. especially after having a horrendous experience at a different Petco location.
Bruno looked and felt AMAZING afterward! I even took him out the next day, and someone specifically complimented how nice and clean-cut his nails looked. That alone says a lot about the care and attention they put into their work!
10/10, I would absolutely recommend them! I especially want to thank Chelsea for taking such great care of Bruno. I hated that I wasn’t able to tip her at the time, but I’m hoping I can make up for it and double the tip in the future!
