If I can give this place less than one star I would. My son was supposed to have a prescription for cetirizine which is an allergy medicine. But somehow he ended up with birth control that is also used as a gender transitioning medication that sterilizes males. I have no idea how somebody could mess that up so badly. And then there's today, somebody went to pick up my prescriptions that were paid for by a program yesterday. When they went to pick him up they were told that my prescriptions had been picked up yesterday I was on speaker phone and I told the lady at the window they weren't picked up yesterday they were paid for yesterday. So, I called the doctor's office and informed them. I then called CVS and had to leave a message because nobody could get to the phone. And the return call I got was from a snotty little girl, who informed me that if the people I had sent to pick up my prescriptions had told them that it was paid for yesterday they would have known to look in this other bin. And I told her that I was on speakerphone over the car and that I told the person working the window it was paid for yesterday. Please imagine the most sarcastic valley girl voice You can muster, she says well I highly doubt whoever is working the window can hear you over the car speaker. So think of that voice again, I said well I was talking to the person working the window from the car speaker so I know they heard that it was paid for yesterday. Attitude given, well it's ready now for pickup. Attitude returned, well I guess I'll just have to pick it up when I can. I'm dumbfounded how awful CVS has become. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere, if you have suggestions please let me know.

It is impossible to reach a person to talk to in the pharmacy department of this CVS. They never call back. The phone menu does not have good choices and sends you in a loop. The pharmacist told my elderly mother that they would have to order a medication which would take 3 days and it was clearly a medication that was needed urgently to save her eye, and they didn't try to find another pharmacy with the medication or call the doctor. We switched to Ingles and they answer the phone and are actually helpful and professional

Poor service they didn't have meds ready after giving them an extra day to fill it and then denied my given me one of the perceptions due to insurance stopped paying for it, wasn't given an option to pay for the meds, so I ask the price they didn't know it so... definitely stay away from this cvs if your meds are important.

All the associates are friendly and helpful.
Also, the pharmacy is senior friendly, and keeps me up to date with all my prescriptions.
The store is clean and organized This makes finding products much easier.The CVS Extra Care
card coupons being sent to my Gmail account saves me a lot of money. also, all the bargains makes CVS a fun place to shop.

Pitiful phone system. I had a simple question that I could not get an answer for from your system. I needed to ask a human. I will likely switch pharmacies. Everything is difficult with you people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have called so many times trying to talk to someone. I keep getting hung up on after spending 5 minutes on that horrible chat thing. This place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!

Recently I had a prescription filled that was the wrong drug combination. When I brought it to the pharmacy manager Megan attention I feel she did everything she could to make it right. Within 30 minutes after calling my primary doctor in Florida the prescription was filled correctly. I have always found the pharmacy staff especially Megan to be very helpful.
