“I usually ways find what came for and probably mist times end up getting something extra as well because of their good buys in a variety of different products. I'm little disappointed I with their recent early closings due to lack of available workers . However this is a matter that the dollar general brand has no influence or control over so it's just one of those ,"dang , maaaan." moments. And understandable. Thanks for keeping up with your promise for lower prices and good products. friendly staff is a good bonus also.”
“It is well known that a Dollar General will likely have anything you might need to grab. This location is absolutely the best we have ever been in! We have shopped at quite a few. This location is always clean, always stocked, no clutter around the aisles you have to navigate around. The merchandise is arranged so well! The seasonal items look great the way they are displayed.We are very thankful that somebody puts effort and care into making this store more than just a place to grab that last minute item, or even full out shopping that might be needed.”
“The staff at this Dollar General are always very friendly and helpful. They are always very kind to my children when we are checking out, asking how they are and taking the time to show that they care.This store has a wide variety of foods available. The freezer section is large for a Dollar General store. There are several aisles of shelves food items, too. Laundry, clothing, books, paper products, outside decor, toys...the list goes on and on of what they carry.I love using the DG coupons at this store too. If you watch the weekly ads you can find laundry detergent at a great price. They keep their items stocked very well too so it isn't difficult to find sales items at all here.”
“Well, there's almost a whole new crew, including management! They are really trying to get back to being #1 like they were a little while back. The store is still a little unorganized BUT that's because they have a whole new crew except for 3-4 employees. I say give them time.... If the powers that be will send them help to organize the store better it will be the best place in Ashe County to shop. Only thing I don't like is the pricing situation. EVERYTHING should just have price stickers on it. That way if it's not in the right place we customers still know the price.”
