“This ABC store looks like a post office and feels very upscale and classy inside. They had a number of liquors we had not seen before. The prices were a little higher than Alabama prices, but we understand that’s government controlled and not exactly up to the individual store. The staff was quiet as we walked around, but kind as we checked out. They have a fun taxidermy bear inside on display that it’s fun to take pictures with.”

“The Grape and Grain is such a cozy place to stop and get a drink. You can absolutely tell this is a local gem amongst the community. The owners are lovely and Conrad makes some of the best hand crafted cocktails I’ve ever had. This is a must stop when we come into West Jefferson!!
