The guy was very helpful and courteous, although they have to it was awesome he went out and changed my wiper blades for me in the pouring rain and I offered a rain jacket to him but he wouldn't take the offer.. Bless him

William Lee helped me with my wiper blades. I have done them previously but couldn’t figure these new ones out. He came out fixed me up and got me on my way without making me feel stupid. Thank you William you made my day.
