“Mr.Colton is the Best person ever. Eager to help and solve the problem in mins. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him. And he loves taking care of people...I've observed he was the same to others as well.”
“I have been banking with Truliant Federal credit Union for over 20 years. They make you feel so important You are surely a team member with Truliant. The staff is amazing. They always greet you and know you by your name”
“I had received a letter that demanded action on my part from State employees credit Union. It made no sense to me. I went by the office and one of their personal bankers took approximately 2 hours and helping me find a lost payment to them from another bank. She also I was able to help me retrieve late payment that I would have been charged. This was banking at its best.”
“Been banking with NCSECU since the early 1990's and this particular branch since 2005, and I've never had any negative experiences whatsoever. However I do wish they offered the use of a peer to peer payment system, and I do wish they would build a branch in Graham. The traffic around this location has become terrible.”
“Great staff that cares about my needs. I was fully refunded for a fraudulent transaction a couple of years ago, which is standard banking practice. Very friendly staff!”
“I have been banking with the State Employees' Credit Union for over 30-years and have had interactions with dozens of their branches. I think you will encounter rude people in every business from time to time but I have had nothing but the best experience from this particular branch! The Branch Manager and I go back almost 30-years. The staff, in my experience, has been nothing short of stellar. One thing that I have done that has served me well over time is to quietly and professionally confront employees (regardless of the business) that I felt were treating me poorly. In my experience, people can't or won't change their behavior if they're unaware of it. This can be a learning experience for them, but it's all in your approach.”
