Took advantage of Verizon iPhone upgrade program. Unfortunately after trading my phone in and mailing it to Verizon they still charged me the full price of the balance owed. After much explanation I was informed that the balance does not get paid off but I get a credit of $11/month over 36 months. Their offers are very misleading in my opinion and I would not be surprised if they didn’t get another class action lawsuit.

The nicest gentleman worked on my cell phone for 45 minutes trying to unlock it... I was told by Samsung the only option was a factory reset.. I was beside myself at the thought of losing all of my pictures and contacts. One more guess at the password. Voila! Success! The gentleman got into my phone and removed the lock. He then explained how to back up my pictures and contacts. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. I've dealt with this verizon store before and recommend them highly...

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Treated us poorly and made it out like we messed up the phone. Instead of trying to help us, they said we had to call customer service, which we did and sat on hold for over an hour. We went to another Verizon store, they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue in a few minutes, and said the other store should’ve been able to fix it easily as well! Will not go back to this store again

Both Mariza and Brian there @ Russell-Verizon in Gibsonville are superb customer service rockstars! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made it well worth the hour+ drive to get there!

I was at the store in Whittset 10 after 10 waited around almost a hr said opens at 10am called Russell Cellular said sales person was scheduled to be there so went back it was fixed 10 minutes later.Said was hiring on window clock on the window should said when there gonna open at 10 maybe they should say 11.00 and not have to wait.So many places are closings down good help is hard to fine. I'm thankful they open.

Steven helped us with replacing the glass screen cover today. Kind, helpful and professional. We've used this store for years and will continue to. Customer service is always better than the bigger Verizon stores in Burlington.
