The simple version is package was sent 2day air and had to arrive before recipient flew out of state on business. Never learned why it was delayed but UPS CS was a joke that just simply lied. Spoke with the store manager, and she jumped in to assist and got the package expedited to the location in time and saved the day. Will continue to use the Apex store for my shipping needs.
