“The fastest and best service to date. My wife and I bought our tires new from discount tire at 4400 Fayetteville Road. One of the reasons is because of the customer service is just absolutely top-notch. Today we had a tire rotation and balance scheduled for our 2011 Honda Odyssey. Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM. I arrived two minutes late at 8:32 AM. They immediately pulled our van in. Our tires were balanced and rotated. I was in the van at 8:44 AM. 12 minutes is a new record in my book. You guys keep doing an exceptional job with your customer service. I felt like I was in a NASCAR pitstop.
