“This team is always the best. I've had great experience with them for over 15 years. I took my vehicle somewhere else out of convenience and when that shop could not find the problem, and even made something worse, this team was able to diagnose the most random issue. Creech will make sure you get back on the road with confidence the problem is resolved. Never taking my vehicles anywhere other than Creech from now on.”

It’s hard to find an automotive shop you can truly trust, and King’s Automotive definitely earned my trust.”

“The honesty, customer service, pricing, efficiency, and communication at Six Forks Station were outstanding. They quoted me an extremely fair price compared to several other mechanics and promised my vehicle would be ready by 5 PM. Not only was my Buick finished on time, but it was actually ready a little early. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic that delivers exactly what they promise without overcharging. I highly recommend this special spot in North Raleigh!”

“Choice auto repair is my go to auto shop in the Raleigh area for any car maintenance! They’re great at communicating and don’t try to upsell you like dealerships or other shops. Whenever they have a recommended service they’re extremely transparent on why and when it should be done by. You can easily drop your car off outside of shop hours as well as pick up your keys in a secure lock box at any point. Highly recommend!! :)”

“I needed my brake rotor and pads replaced. I called few auto repair places and found quotes around $300 -$700 per axle which seemed a lot. Oak City Tire quoted me a great price to install them if can purchase the parts. I decided to buy the parts from rockauto.com. They were able to get me in quickly and ensured everything was replaced properly. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and even gave me advice on my tire problems which is a result of the shocks. The owner was friendly and after a small chat I was impressed by their sourcing practices. Would definitely trust this local business for future needs.”

4400 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh NC 27603
“Have never had a bad experience here. Bought several sets of tires for different vehicles. Today tech, Pete, ask if I want my tire balance after they rotated them. Anytime you move a tire from one rim to another ain’t you supposed to have it balanced. And does appointment time mean anything? Why have them if you are not going to honor them.”

“I made the mistake of going to Pep Boys (4908 NC-55, Durham, NC), after the serpentine belt broke on my SUV near them. They quoted me double the fair price to fix it. I called Automan - Perry answered. I'd never met him. He quoted me an honest and fair price, and told me to just get the vehicle to him and he would take care of it. Perfect Service, Honest Price, Timely Same Day Repair, and Followed Up after. This place is the real deal. Thanks, Perry|Automan Team. If I lived here, this would be where I bring my cars.”

“I’ve been servicing my Lincoln Nautilus here since 2022, and in all these years, I’ve never had a single bad experience. The entire team has always been professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They’ve always arranged a loaner vehicle when requested, which makes the experience incredibly convenient. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash and the fact that my vehicle is always returned clean and well cared for. We usually switch cars every couple of years, but our Nautilus has stayed with us because of the hassle-free ownership experience and the outstanding support from this dealership when it comes to maintenance. In fact, my vehicle has never been to any other dealer for service in the past five years. That alone says a lot about the trust and confidence we have in this team.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Glenwood Village Tire Pros. From start to finish, every single person on their team has been incredibly helpful, caring and communicative. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and integrity - even for new customers they had never met before. It's clear this comes from the top, with owners and management leading by example. When my son brought his vehicle in for what we thought was a small issue, they could have easily charged us $3,000 for a repair on what turned out to be a much bigger problem than we realised, but they chose not to because it simply wasn't in his best interest. Instead, they guided us toward an alternative option that worked for us. How many businesses would do that? Their communication is outstanding, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers as people, not just as transactions. They went the extra mile and have continued to do so. If you're looking for tires or a mechanic you can truly trust, look no further. Glenwood Village Tire Pros has earned a customer for life.”

“Great experience! Ralph told me they would take me late and stayed true to that even though I had to drive 40 minutes to get there. We have used Black’s for our camper for years, as the camper fits in their bay. In and out for oil change, tire check and inspection in just over an hour. Thanks!”

4500 Pleasant Valley Road, Raleigh NC 27612
“I have been taking my cars here for 25+ years - started at the old location. I have been treated well. Prices are fair. Only once have we had a repair that was not satisfactory and they made it right. There was a period where there was a kinda cranky guy working the front desk, but he's gone & the service is back to normal again. I'm one of those guys who knows enough about car repair to be dangerous and they tolerate that, as well :) I now have college-aged boys with old cars and not much money. They have also been treated well by Duraleigh - and specifically Gary. Thanks!”
