“The fastest and best service to date. My wife and I bought our tires new from discount tire at 4400 Fayetteville Road. One of the reasons is because of the customer service is just absolutely top-notch. Today we had a tire rotation and balance scheduled for our 2011 Honda Odyssey. Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM. I arrived two minutes late at 8:32 AM. They immediately pulled our van in. Our tires were balanced and rotated. I was in the van at 8:44 AM. 12 minutes is a new record in my book. You guys keep doing an exceptional job with your customer service. I felt like I was in a NASCAR pitstop. They picked up a tire that matches the other three and deployed their mobile service to where my van was. The tech showed up and swapped the tire out with efficiency and friendliness and off he went.
