Only once have we had a repair that was not satisfactory and they made it right. There was a period where there was a kinda cranky guy working the front desk, but he's gone & the service is back to normal again. I'm one of those guys who knows enough about car repair to be dangerous and they tolerate that, as well :) I now have college-aged boys with old cars and not much money. “Have never had a bad experience here. Bought several sets of tires for different vehicles. Today tech, Pete, ask if I want my tire balance after they rotated them. Anytime you move a tire from one rim to another ain’t you supposed to have it balanced. And does appointment time mean anything? Why have them if you are not going to honor them.”
