“I called early in the morning asking to acquire a unit for that evening. I spoke with the attendant. She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do. She deserves a pat on the back - excellent customer service.”

She was able to finagle it just right using a piece of wood she had stowed in her truck and my car was transported down the east coast perfectly with no issues. “Went there on yesterday to get a uhaul truck to move a living room piece, originally asked for the truck but accidentally received the caravan and had to reschedule until tomorrow. let me just say THIS IS WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. it was a simple mistake that happened due to a miscommunication (facial mask make it no better lol) but regina handled it very very well was extremely apologetic and showed genuine care and sympathy for an honest mistake. Great job ! this could have went such a different route if her customer service skills were like most places I've dealt with. Would recommend to anyone and will go here if i need another uhaul in the future”

“I’ve returned rentals to this location twice. Both times were fast, easy and pleasant. Most recently, I forgot my hanging clothing behind the driver side seat in the cab of the truck. When I realized it and called a couple of days later, they informed me they had my stuff hanging up inside at the front desk! Just come by at my convenience and pick it up! I really appreciate you guys going the extra steps to provide above and beyond service!”

“Excellent group of folks at the Mechanical Blvd. location. Precious is the best multi tasker I've ever seen. I've been a rather frequent renter last few years what with kids in college and I'm generally the go to guy for helping some older folks move. Anyway, I've read the 1 star comments and that just has not been my experience at all with any of the folks up there. Last point, as a 'career Army brat', I've done my share of moving, and I can tell you it's a well run place and the folks are good folks. 'Nuff said.”
