“Absolutely fantastic customer service! Logan talked me through the most popular options of tonneau covers, and I gave them a down-payment. A few days later when my cover arrived, Logan called me, and we set an appointment for the next day. My truck went into the bay shortly after I arrived, and my old cover was removed and replaced in less than an hour. That blew my mind. If/when I want anything added to my truck, I will definitely be going back to them.
I got a Lomax cover to replace one that was worn out after three years. We’ll see how this one goes. It appears to be constructed very well.”

“When my collision happened, my daughter recommended Cape Fear Collision as they had been very helpful to her. I checked my insurance and found them on the preferred list so I called them. They were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for my car to be towed to them and had prompt excellent communication with my insurance company and with me. They had my car ready four days before the estimated completion date and it looks like new. They also took care of notifying Enterprise to pick up my rental car.

I was a little leery at first but quickly changed my mind. They stayed in touch with me daily on the progress of my car which I appreciated. They let me know on pick up day that it was ready in the morning but pick up time would be around 4. To my surprise it was because they had to detail the car. I did not expect that. “Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service at Parker’s. My truck was painted by the previous owner of Parker’s in 2018. A month ago the paint randomly started letting go of my front fender. Due to new ownership I found out the warranty was no longer honored. The new owner and his staff still decided to assist me despite the expired warranty. They worked with my scheduled and the fender was painted in less than two days. Parker’s has a great reputation for a reason and I wouldn’t suggest any other shop in town over them. Best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop!”

“Max helped us out today and we ended up buying a 2026 Corolla cross, but all of the staff were very nice. My husband and I both aren’t fans of the car buying process because of previous experiences, but max made everything easy and wasn’t pushy with the sale not to mention the entire process didn’t take long at all compared to our previous experience at a different dealer.. (6-7 hours ??) Would definitely recommend working with him!”
