“When my collision happened, my daughter recommended Cape Fear Collision as they had been very helpful to her. I checked my insurance and found them on the preferred list so I called them. They were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for my car to be towed to them and had prompt excellent communication with my insurance company and with me. They had my car ready four days before the estimated completion date and it looks like new. They also took care of notifying Enterprise to pick up my rental car.
I was extremely pleased with my whole experience.”

“Awesome experience from start to finish. This was an insurance claim and Absolute was a center that the other parties insurance company recommended. I was a little leery at first but quickly changed my mind. They stayed in touch with me daily on the progress of my car which I appreciated. They let me know on pick up day that it was ready in the morning but pick up time would be around 4. To my surprise it was because they had to detail the car. I did not expect that. The work came out very well. I am well pleased with everything from Absolute Collision.”
“Ive been to Neil twice now and both times were great experience. The first time I needed my side mirror painted and he was able to do it very quickly and gave exceptional price. I recently had to get a big scratch buffed out of my hood. He did it within an hour, and it turned out looking amazing. Neil is always looking out for his clients and as a college student unsure of what to do with car issues, he has really helped me out with my car. “Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service at Parker’s. My truck was painted by the previous owner of Parker’s in 2018. A month ago the paint randomly started letting go of my front fender. Due to new ownership I found out the warranty was no longer honored. The new owner and his staff still decided to assist me despite the expired warranty. They worked with my scheduled and the fender was painted in less than two days. Parker’s has a great reputation for a reason and I wouldn’t suggest any other shop in town over them. Best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop!”

I had my front fender replaced because a truck backed into my Lexus in a parking lot & left! He completed the job in 3 days. The second incident involved my back fender. That job was completed in 2 days. Both times, the price was so reasonable. My SUV is silver and the car looks brand new! “This place is top notch! Over the past 3 months, I’d been to 4 different repair shops trying to resolve an overlooked alignment issue. Nobody was able to pinpoint the issue to fix it. I called Cannon’s, and from the start, they had excellent customer service. They got my car in a few days later and had it resolved within a week. “These guys went above and beyond with my car in so many ways! I went to two other places before them. The other places weren’t kind to me at all when I explained to them my concerns with damage from the accident. The other places spoke to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The minute I walked into the doors of Affordable Collision, I was greeted and felt welcomed, not treated like I was a bother to them. The guys working were nice enough to remove an under shield from my car that was embarrassingly dragging on the ground. I really can’t stress enough how they were so welcoming and had excellent customer service! This type of thing means a lot when you’re a female going into any kind of car shop. They looked at everything in detail for damage that was visible, and hidden. They also, kept me updated on the repairs, and time frame the entire time. My vehicle looks amazing, like I just bought it brand new again. Affordable Collision made the entire process easy. If I’m being honest, I never go out of my way to write reviews but I haven’t ever been treated so well and respectfully by a car shop. I highly recommend them!!”
