“Five Star! I would highly recommend Guaranteed Supply. They had a product I wanted at a good price. I phoned in my order to the Wilmington store late Thursday afternoon and John advised it would likely ship that same day. Likely does not mean definitely, so I planned around the shipment going out Friday. John called Friday morning to advise it had not shipped Thursday, but would go out that day, Friday. I was pleasantly surprised that he called. Friday afternoon John again phoned to advise their system went down earlier and they just received word it would not be back up that day. I’ve been there, and I understood their day had become a nightmare. I thanked John for the call and adjusted my plans. There was actually another delay, completely out of their control. However, phoning my order to John was the only call I placed. John called me each day with an update. And we arranged for me to pick up the shipment at an alternate site, local to me.Things simply do not always go as planned. It’s disappointing but inevitable. I have dealt with the entire spectrum of customer service, from awful to excellent. This attention to detail, to concern over the customer’s order, and follow through with the customer is exceptional!! John is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. He and Guaranteed Supply have earned a very loyal customer. Thanks to Richard as well.”

“The absolute most well organized drywall supplier that I have ever delivered to. Easy access from interstate 140 north on 421 4/10’s of a mile left beside Colony Tire then left in first gate. It’s a drive thru warehouse and you can intro inside if necessary. O chose to do my work under the sunshine. Very friendly people here. Overall great experience.”

“Went in with a almost 30 year old piece of siding. Was greeted immediately and the staff was very knowledgeable and curious. My siding was discontinued, but they were able to almost perfectly match it, and it was in stock. They were also very helpful loading my truck. Highly recommend this place!”

“Went to order/buy a window from Builders FirstSource bc a rock thrown from lawnmower 3 years ago had put a small hole that had cracked and let the gas out so that the bedroom window was cloudy. Trey told me he could order it but that I might want to try calling MIWD the warranty company listed on the window sash sticker first. So I did and sure enough, exact match window on its way to one of MIWD authorized contractors who will install it for me. Thank you BSF!”

“Just had 2 of my Anderson doors repaired, and 1 Anderson window sash replaced by Professional Builders Supply in Wilmington. My house is 20 years old, and Jake came out about 4 weeks ago and figured out what parts were needed to fix and replace everything. He came out today and had everything he needed for the job, and was done in about an hour. He's got a great work ethic, and was going to make sure he completed the job. I highly recommend Professional Builders Supply, Jimmy Bordeaux who works in sales, and especially Jake to do the job. I'm a retired general contractor, and I'm telling you, these guys know what they're doing.”
