“10/10 experience with Little Guys Movers! Every crew member worked their ass off from start to finish. They handled our belongings with care, worked efficiently, and made a stressful moving day much easier. We especially appreciate how hard they worked in nearly 100-degree heat during the peak of August. The entire crew was hardworking, professional, and respectful.
The only opportunity for improvement would be the in-home inventory visit. The representative was very brief and completed the inventory count but didn’t explain the moving process, what we should expect, or answer questions proactively. A little more guidance during that visit would have helped us feel better prepared.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the actual moving crew and would absolutely recommend Little Guys Movers!”

“We lease a 26' box truck. They're always consistent with communication and p.m. services. Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.”
“Melissa is a great asset representing Carolllina Storage. I spoke with her a little over a month ago regarding parking my RV. Melissa held a 32 foot parking space for me without asking for a security deposit. When I arrived 35 days later we completed the paperwork and she escorted me to the parking place while explaining all the rules and nuances of the facility. I was so impressed I also rented a climate controlled storage unit at the North Market facility as Melissa did not have any units available
at her location. Same excellent service at that location as well”
“Very pleased with the pickup for an xl crate. We called to specify a longer lift gate but truck 1 wasnt equipped. The following day they sent 2 guys on truck 2 with a bigger gate. The guys knew the 1 ton crate was longer than the gate but they worked very hard to get it loaded. I was super impressed. I told dispatch it was going to cost me 1k to rent a lift to load this one crate and they called back and said they'd give it a shot. Very grateful.”
“I have now used U-Pack 3 times for cross country moving between NC and NV and all have gone great. Most recently, Kevin helped with the initial booking and later unexpected need for us to load another partial truck last minute. Always there to help or quickly calling me back if on another call. All went great with both trucks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Initially I got a couple other quotes online but good reviews were not easily found or any of them. So I went on my own prior experience. They were very helpful in a potentially stressful situation. Zero stress from U-Pack. I will continue to highly recommend U-Pack.”
