Jen is the absolute best! Made my move in/move out process great! She has amazing customer service! Hands down the best! Also I didn’t know how to work the storage door my first day, Jen came & made sure I was straight & still followed up the next day! Hands down the best!!!!!!

Nice Self-Storage in a convenient location to my future house in Wilmington. Staff was very friendly when I moved in, and the facility is clean and climate controlled.
