“I enjoyed living at Mayfaire Flats. The apartments had nice finishes and the building felt safe since the door opened to the hallway rather than outside. That said, if they still use LMS parking, they should end that relationship. That company is absolutely criminal and booted my car unnecessarily multiple times. I never had to pay a dime because each time it was WRONGLY placed on my car.”

“I've reside at Cypress Pond since 2022 and love it! The office staff is professional and friendly! The community is a great place to live. There are so many amenities: community basketball get, fitness center, volleyball court, children's park, dog park, car wash, putting green, community gas grills, fire pit, and my favorite the pool!!! Plus the grounds are nice for walking around. I want to say the maintenance staff is exceptional!!! Brandon and Andrew are thorough, knowledgeable, and fast to respond! Kudos to both of them!!! 🙂 Overall this is a great place to live!!!”
