Mike, a member of the maintenance team, is especially professional, skilled, and responsive to residents’ needs. When I had an issue with one of the folding doors in my apartment, he resolved it within a few hours of submitting my maintenance request.

“I have lived at Cypress Pond for the past 14 years and have nothing but compliments for the office staff and the maintenance guys. They have been attentive, courteous and responsive to all issues that I have encountered. The apartments are safe with great neighbors I encounter walking, at the pool, and at regular social events the office staff offer and supervise.

I previously owned a home in the area and had to deal with various contractors for a multitude of different issues from HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I frequently had a significant wait time to firstly get an appointment, and then lengthy response time to have those issues addressed and ultimately resolved.

The maintenance staff here at Cypress Pond is prompt, friendly and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

All of my interactions with the administrative office staff has been pleasant, friendly and courteous. Normal issues have been addressed and resolved much faster than what I experienced as a homeowner. They have been exemplary, efficient and effective.

Amenities are generous for apartment living with a great pool, workout room with strength and cardio equipment that is well maintained and easy to access. While I do not use the full sized basketball gym it is also clean and well maintained.

The location is ideal with over a dozen excellent restaurants, grocery stores and small shops all with a short walking distance. Of other amenities, I regularly use the car wash area, and the nature trail around the cypress pond. There is a dog park and dog wash that my neighbor frequently uses and enjoys as well.

I would highly recommend Cypress Pond as a very attractive apartment choice. Compared to other apartment options in town it can’t be beat!”

Well after several showings of homes in Burgaw and couldn't quite find what we were looking for. She showed us a property for a new construction.
