“This 'Review' is being written as a means of expressing my sincere appreciation to Dr. Jehan Shah who is a physician at the Ogden Location of Novant Primary Care. I had lab work scheduled to be performed at the Ogden Lab Location recently. When I arrived for my scheduled lab work, I asked the receptionist if it might be possible for me to see a doctor after my lab work was completed. I desired to see a physician because I have been experiencing some swelling, and minor pain, in my right hand. I have no idea whatsoever what is causing the swelling and pain. The kind receptionist advised me that it actually would be possible for me to see a doctor while I was there! I was quite pleased that I was being afforded the opportunity to see a doctor on such very short notice! The physician who agreed to see me, without a scheduled appointment, was Dr. Jehan Shah. Dr. Shah, without a doubt, demonstrated to me that he was a highly competent, caring, and extremely professional doctor. He was most thorough in his evaluation and assessment of the problem that I was experiencing regarding my right hand. He had X-rays, and lab work, performed as a means of determining the probable cause of the swelling and pain. At the time that I am writing this Review I am awaiting a final 'disposition', but I did not want to wait any longer to commend Dr. Shah, and the entire Staff, at the Ogden location for their kindness, their courtesies, their concern, and their overall professionalism!! I am most grateful and appreciative of the manner in which I was treated. Thanks!!”
