First Citizens has a small town feel at a large bank with every banking service you could ask for. Employees often stay in a single location long enough to know their clients, and that's a big deal. Madison is great at the UNCW branch!

We've been customers for over 30 years. This is just one of the locations I stop at from time to time and I don't normally go inside. The day I did, the teller was polite and friendly, she was also helpful and quick.
