Bought a 2019 Tiguan and I had what I suspected to be a wheel bearing going bad, I took it to a local shop thinking I was saving money staying away from the dealership as I've had bad experiences before however the local shop called my transmission bad, and said my wheel bearings were perfect lol I researched the warranty with the 2019 Tiguan that came with it 6yr/72k miles and the dealer showed me a video without me even having to ask clearly showing a bad wheel bearing proving my gut was right and just wasted money on the diagnostic from the local shop, now the first person I spoke to at the dealer told me the warranty was only for 50k (the car was at 59k) I read online and found the information to be incorrect SO DO YOUR WARRANTY RESEARCH the 50k warranty change is for 2020 and up on the tiguans and the 2018 and 2019 stayed the same that's the only reason why I'm leaving 4 stars because I almost took that ladies word and would've paid out of pocket when it's already covered but the service department is phenomenal!!! An older gentleman even informed me the warranty I had was longer since it's a CPO do your research before you spend your hard earned money on repairs!! Volkswagen is definitely underrated thanks Flow! The local shop was a Firestone on MCAS New river, for you active duty folk stay away from that place they told me a transmission part is bad that the dealer confirmed with me it doesn't even EXIST!!!

Bought an Atlas a month ago. Exemplary service on the sale. But today, I went in for service expecting to wait for my appointment, leave the car there, and be without it for the day. Instead, when I arrived early, Dan in service came right out to my car, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed, returned my keys and said he'd call when it arrived. Saved me a day of hassle, much appreciated. Given the extra time, I went to the parts department and ordered a new seat cover to protect the car from the tornado of messiness that is my children. Thank you Gary for the fast service and good advice.

Had my car come in for routine oil change and tire rotation, they forgot an entire lug nut on the left rear of the car. Came back into dealer and almost next to no help was given.

I just bought a used 2022 Tiguan and I love it! Matthew was a delight to work with and answered all my questions from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location and staff--they do not pressure you into anything and want to find the best car for you! Matthew test drove the car with me, explained the difference between the 2 styles I was looking at and answered every question I had in person or on the phone! I was an out-of-town customer and was overall very pleased!

We just bought our 2023 Atlas. This was my first car buying experience and I couldn't have been happier with the process. I was happy to work with Robert who was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I came in twice to test drive and see multiple cars. He listened to to my needs and wants and put me in the right direction without being pushy at all. I appreciated how upfront he was along with great communication. Thank you!

This business is terrible. These people do nothing to help you out even after screwing your over even more from where you were in the first place. Just don't go here. They gonna wast your time and money.

I purchased a 2020 Tiguan R-Line from Dean! He helped me out a ton! He was great to work with. He gave me an awesome price for my trade, and pulled out all the stops getting me my new car--and I love it!!

Man, I Thought Clinton was awesome, and yes you make money off service but scare tactics to get you to change your Airfilter, Brake Flush, whatever else they make up along the way but, the service department needs to make money and that's how they do it.This will probably the last time I will go to a dealer. It was fo a recall and I was in and out in a hour, but no wonder they have to try to drum up business dealers charge way too much and everything is how powered scare tactics.Clint made this place but it is company standard and how he pays bills

Fast but they're all swamped. Oh and they broke and scratched my dashboard while fixing key cylinder. They gave me the car all dirty as well. They didn't say anything about the broken dashboard. So this tells me they didn't take the time to check the car before handing it back or they don't care to do that. Or they did check and said, meh this guy doesn't matter: Focus on the clients with new cars? on top of that they then deny breaking it and then they want me to buy the whole dashboard? really?

(Long story short : sales agent unprofessional and misguiding) My wife and I leased a vehicle from this dealer. This was the first time we've leased a vehicle so when it was time to decide to buy or turn in, we decided to buy, but was not sure of the process since it was the first time leasing. We spoke with a sales agent who told us we "had" to take the vehicle in for an inspection which would cost 40 dollars. Then we could buy the vehicle through them Flow Volkswagen When I asked why can I not just buy from the lender I've been making my payments with, the sales agent advised that I could not, the vehicle had to be inspected and I had to buy through them. I asked what the process for this would be he said that they would inspect the vehicle, buy the vehicle from the lender then resale the car to us. He advised we would have to pay $40 for inspection, $500 dollar docking fee, pay $500 plus in taxes, service fees and plate transfer fees. The sales agent assured us that this was the only way. I told him I'd make the call to my lender to see for myself. His response was "you can try."Curious, I called the lender I've been making payments to. They advised I could just buy the vehicle through them. So just like buying a car I chose my lender and bought the car from the lending company. I received titlefrom the lender within 2 weeks and paid my taxes and transfer fees through DMV. No docking fees, inspection fee or service fees which saved ME money. I know dealers are competing and trying to make money, but don't misguide people to make a buck. Just makes me wonder how many people have been caught up in this lie told by sales agents.

Well first off I have nothing but good things to say. We drove from out of town to do business with them and will be coming back. Wife wanted a ID4 and we had no problems with getting a test drive then came back sign paperwork pickup car Monday morning. I will be back to buy the bus when it hits the lot. Shaun was a professional explaining every thing I needed to know and I was not the one buying the car. He knew things that he would have to have studied to know! But beyond that I'm satisfied with everything about my experience.

We were notified of Safety Recall - Safety Frontal Airbag for our VW. Made our appointment two weeks in advance. Flow sent two reminders about the date and time via email. We drove over an hour to get there, showed up on time only to be told the part wouldn't be there for 5 weeks. Yes, the service department knew we had the appointment but didn't have the courtesy or decency to call us. It appears they have no regard for our time and our efforts to drive so far. It reflects poorly on the whole service department and the lack of communication within the dealership and with the customer. Customers deserve respect and we were denied that today. They must remember we are the best advertisers for them - good or bad!
