Had my car come in for routine oil change and tire rotation, they forgot an entire lug nut on the left rear of the car. Came back into dealer and almost next to no help was given.

This business is terrible. These people do nothing to help you out even after screwing your over even more from where you were in the first place. Just don't go here. They gonna wast your time and money.
