“Hands down my favorite shop in downtown Wilmington! The shop is run by literal angels who happen to have the best taste in everything from artwork, greeting cards and books to candles and skincare! You can tell how much love went into this space! Don’t forget to book a facial, get your cards read or a grab a matcha!”
“This is such a fun store. From the pirates chest for the kids to the hilarious magnets and dish towels. Very friendly staff and helpful. They give suggestions on things to do in the area. But if you have have time, make sure to take their “Guided Ghost Tour “ that was so much fun definitely worth checking out!”

“Visited for the first time. Cute little independent handmade gift shops. Found the perfect gift for our neighbor who is dog sitting for us. The cashier was so nice and helpful and took the extra time to carefully wrap it (since we have to travel with it via plane ) and made it look really nice with a blue ribbon and Blue Moon sticker .”
“The 70 year old owner is amazing. He's making Grinch signs for the yard as I shop and telling me his story. His wife died and she was a partner. I purchased a small ornament, it's exactly what I wanted. He wrapped it gently and found just the right box and paper bag.”

“A great resource for local bird enthusiasts. Plenty of feed options for any kinds of birds you'd like to feed, but the ladies inside will look at you funny if you tell them you feed any kinds of birds that aren't songbirds. They also close really early on the weekdays compared to other businesses in the area. If you work until 5, you won't be able to stop by until the weekend.”

“My boyfriend gets me these chocolates for literally every special event. He gave me a 12 count box for Valentine’s Day full of the most delicious dark chocolates. I highly recommend the dusted cocoa, the dark raspberry, and the dark cherry chocolates.
When he was in there apparently one of the ladies recognized my flavor palette (I can only assume she is an actual expert chocolatier) because she made the brilliant suggestion for him to buy chocolate covered strawberries! My very intelligent boyfriend spoiled me; I got a whole plate of dark, white, and milk chocolate strawberries as an early Friday Valentine’s gift and let’s just say only two of the at least dozen strawberries are left.
Previously, I’ve gotten dark chocolate truffles in the shape of bunnies for Easter! And if you are driving by and wanting just a little treat you can buy a singular truffle! It does not disappoint.
I highly recommend Carolina Candy Company. I know that supermarkets have chocolate too, but every once in a while getting premium chocolate from a whole staff of people who genuinely love to make chocolate and candy for people. The price is worth the customer service, the quality, and the taste. Frankly, it’s also worth feeling so loved and appreciated.”

Alchemy & Aura has Magical & Mystical Vibes radiating at a high energetic profile among all the metaphysical stores I have frequented throughout my life. The only place that comes close to Alchemy & Aura is Crystal Connection (no longer exists) and AromaG Botanica in Nashville, Tennessee. Ezra assisted me in finding items I needed and was very patient and thoughtful in answering all my questions despite being very busy assisting others.
I loved how they created a sense of arrival in the store with two trees at the entrance area with a crystal chandelier hanging between them, eye catching displays, and a large dining table with chairs. The tarot & oracle deck selection was massive. Some of the decks were not available for sale online.
The treasure chest of books to exchange is a brilliant idea for the metaphysical store yet they are selective when it comes to exchanging items. Books are to be approved before exchanging them in the store.
Ezra carefully packed my items in paper bags with handles. I purchased three large Oracle decks on clearance for $12-$15 each, a dragon incense holder, oudh incense, nag champa cone incense, and got two books from exchange chest there. There were many items I wanted to purchase yet considered buying them later.
This is one of the top two metaphysical shops to see in Wilmington, North Carolina so far.”

I purchased a pair of the mesquite lamps with the copper shade for a Friend's wedding gift, which Barouke shipped for me as well as a few leather journals and the wooden Dcuks for my Grand daughter, which she absolutely loves and has lined off in her bedroom.
