We chatted with the man + woman who worked there or maybe owned the place and they were super friendly and personable. They were very knowledgeable about their store items + recommendations for things to do in the area. We didn't have as much time as we would have liked to stay longer but we will absolutely make it a point to stop back to go more thoroughly through all the neat treasures this store had to offer!”

“I really enjoyed my experience here. My first time in i was greeted warmly. I live on the first floor of a luxury apartment and wanted to bird watch in the mornings. I had a vision of what i wanted but was unsure of where to start. I wish I remember the woman's name but i was helped from start to finish to ensure i had the right height stake, the right size feeder for the birds I wanted to attract, and the right feed as well. I got a fly through bird feeder and a stake to hang it from. I also purchased a large bag of sunflower seeds. She said give it a few weeks for them to discover the feeder before I can anticipate visitors. Took about a month, mind you it was raining for about a week and we are in freezing temperatures as it is the winter time as I write this. Once our first chickadees found the feeder, more birds began to come by for some seeds as well. My partner and I returned for a bird guide so we could identify which birds come by!”

“A precious store right downtown! It is nestled in the heart of the area, so don't miss it! The large Christmas cutouts line the windows in this old-Wilmington shop. Inside, you are greeted by Christmas music and a warm cinnamon scent. There are hundreds of ornaments of all types. They have various Christmas decor options as well. The store is open all year, so whenever you want your Christmas fix check it out! There is a check in bonus, too. A perfect local store to support.”

“The cutest shop! I stumbled upon this shop when I was at another store next door and I'm so happy I did. I went in to find something for my sisters birthday, and the ladies there helped me find the perfect gifts! They were so sweet and extremely helpful in finding several options. Very reasonably priced and a great variety! They also have the softest pajamas and incredible quality.”

“Came to town to get the nuts and pecans and support local. They have lots of goodies inside to perk and and purchase. I love the fact it helps people with disabilities so I make a point to come here when I come to town. The owner opened up for me and he was very nice and courteous. It was a beautiful day in mist of a pretty cold week and just wanted to get out and get fresh air. I bought more than I anticipated which is not hard to do at all here. I highly recommend checking it out. It's inside the city market and you won't be disappointed”

“Just had a delivery from my family and it was a perfect surprise. Fruit is so delicious and the arrangement so clever and pretty. Loaded with clipped and decorated strawberries. Pretty cut outs in pineapple. Came chilled and in perfect condition. I highly recommend it as a gift for someone post surgery. Much better than flowers!”
