βI went into Reeds yesterday as I've been doing for years. I had a watch that needed a battery, and I also had some earrings I had purchased where one needed repair, and I had bought the warranty/insurance on the earrings, so I put it to the test.
Jessica helped me with the earrings, while Bob helped with the watch. Both employees were so nice and efficient.
I appreciate the professionalism of Reeds' employees and their friendly demeanor as it always makes doing business with Reeds a pleasure.β

βI was very pleased and shocked about the amount of money I received from the items I took there. The young man was very nice to me. I wasn't treated like a customer, I was treated like family. He really made my day. My truck was in the shop and I needed money and that was the first time I had ever had to sell my silver and gold and again I was shocked at the price. He could have given me a low price and I would have never known the difference, but he didn't and I respect that. True honesty is hard to find these days. βAfter having had my engagement ring for close to 20 years, I was ready for a new setting. I went to a well known jeweler who has several stores in the state and had a couple of conversations with them, trying to decide if I wanted a new stone, or just a new setting. Once I made a comment about not buying a new stone, their formerly sweet salesperson was suddenly salty. Yuk.
I decided to next work with J Garett, the store has currently is in its fourth generation under the same family of master jewelers! Jayde, the jeweler there is working on the bench constantly, working on some beautiful creation or another I am sure. Anyway, I found the style I was looking for on their design page, came in to meet with them, and decided to move forward. Fast forward a few weeks, I just got my ring back, and I am so, so, so happy with the work that he did, it is flawless. I look forward come to him with any future jewelry need or request, never again a chain store!!β

βLet me just say that the staff here is something for all stores to model themselves after. You only get sales associates like that by having a good manager. I had the pleasure of dealing with the current manager Paige and she was amazing. I had ordered a ring somewhere else and had the notification that it would not arrive in time for our anniversary. I went to the Zales here in RDU and was disappointed to say the least. I saw the ring I wanted online but they were unwilling to help with my issue. My sister recommended Zales so I asked her why ( Sheβs lives down near Wilmington) and said she had a great experience there. I called and ended up talking to a young lady whom was the manager and she made it happen! Amazing!!!! It got here 11 days before our anniversary and the problem I had was having to hide it for that long ? I will now make sure to shop this location just because of what Paige was able to accomplish for me. Amazing! I wish we lived closer but I will continue to use this location even though it is 120 miles away from Raleigh. Well done Paige and Zales!!! Customer for life!!!β
