I decided to next work with J Garett, the store has currently is in its fourth generation under the same family of master jewelers! Jayde, the jeweler there is working on the bench constantly, working on some beautiful creation or another I am sure. Anyway, I found the style I was looking for on their design page, came in to meet with them, and decided to move forward. Fast forward a few weeks, I just got my ring back, and I am so, so, so happy with the work that he did, it is flawless. I look forward come to him with any future jewelry need or request, never again a chain store!!”
“I was very pleased and shocked about the amount of money I received from the items I took there. The young man was very nice to me. I wasn't treated like a customer, I was treated like family. He really made my day. My truck was in the shop and I needed money and that was the first time I had ever had to sell my silver and gold and again I was shocked at the price. He could have given me a low price and I would have never known the difference, but he didn't and I respect that. True honesty is hard to find these days. “My husband and I were just walking the mall and decided to just stop in a few shops. Reeds Jewelers happen to be one of those shops. You know, because it never hurts to look, lol. While browsing he found a gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring by Levian. We were waited on by Liea who was as sweet as could be. No pressure, she let us hold the ring for as long as we wanted and let us know about a sale they were currently having which would have saved us $320. We had just made a big purchase earlier in the day and I very reluctant to spend more money on something I didn't need, so we told Liea we needed to sleep on it. Again, no pressure that we needed to buy right then and there. So the next day we had to go back to Wilmington to pick up what we had purchased the day before and decided to talk to Liea more about the ring. To shorten this long story, we ended up buying the ring. I know had Liea been pushy to get us to buy the day before, we wouldn't have gone back. This is the second ring my husband has purchased for me from Reeds and I'm sure we will be back. We normally buy our jewelry at Kay's, but now we have another option for our jewelry wants. Thank you, Liea, you are an amazing and sweet human being and we're so blessed to have met you.”
