The worst customer service. They never have orders ready. I have to make multiple trips to pickup my C-pap supplies.

Always a hassle getting CPAP supplies. Cannot get a call back and its always someone elses fault. It seems no one wants to do their job. I work full time and can't afford to spend endless time on the phone trying to get supplies!

We rented a travel wheelchair for a trip. The handles on the chair kept on folding down when being pushed. We explained it to them on return but really did not solve or correct any problems or concerns. I would suggest you shop somewhere else!
