“Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.”

We won 3rd place by .2 with our Turtle, Caramel, Pecan Creme Pie from Harris Teater near Riverlights. We were soooo excited & everyone ate it all, so there was no to go box for us. “This is the BEST pharmacy not only in Wilmington, but the best one I’ve ever been too period. I have been going to Winter Park for over 10 years now and I’ve NEVER once had a bad experience there. I’ve been going here for so long that I know each member of the staff on a first name basis and they all know me there. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to everyone who works there, currently and in the past. Kathy, Jenn, Brandon, & everyone else up there has always been so helpful. Whenever there’s insurance issues or anything else to deal with, they’re always on the ball & help get it resolved as soon as possible. If you have to deal with a prior approval or any other issues at any one of the chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid) it could take over a week before it gets resolved where as Winter Park will have their part done and ready asap and they will keep you updated every step of the way. Again, to reiterate this truly is the best pharmacy ever and anytime someone asks me where they should go to get any prescriptions filled in Wilmington, I always tell the Winter Park. It’s also a family owned, Christian, business and no matter what you’re there for, you won’t ever feel judged there and they really do care about their customers. Thank you to everyone up there! “I'm giving it five stars hands down based solely on the people and the service. I would say I wish they had online ordering or weekend service but it isn't a deal breaker that they don't. On the occasion I get a paper script, I fill it at a nearby pharmacy, though I suppose you could in theory go to their physical location or something.”

“My first experience of this business was in person. The physical location is pristine, attractive, the people who helped me were courteous, kind and smart. I was impressed and grateful.My second experience was long distance. It literally cost me less to have a script filled there and shipped refrigerated than it would have cost me to fill the same Rx in NJ and pick it up locally. So that is what I did. I had the medication within 24 hours of placing the call. Thank you!!”

“The Harris Teeter's in Wilmington have been my primary grocery stores since I moved here 14 years ago. I'm very pleased with their customer service overall. However, I do need to give a special shout out to Scott who works in the deli at the Oleander store. In all of these years, after purchasing countless subs, no one has EVER gone the extra mile as he does. I was unaware that you could even get the fixings on the side until he offered, so my sub isn't soggy the next day. THANK YOU and see you soon!”

I had spent the day yesterday with that company being transferred from one person to another (one call lasted 1 hr and 43 min) accomplishing nothing. Without these ladies my migraine preventive would be getting filled 5 days after I am prescribed to take it. Their assistance and knowledge has allowed me to maintain the consistency of my preventive medication.”

“The staff at the CVS in Target here in Wilmington, NC are always very helpful. There is just one problem that concerns me and that is the lack of sufficient staffing. That results in slowing down service at the CVS counter when the store is crowded. I know sometimes people just don’t want to wait and just take their business elsewhere. I hope that in anticipation of increased CVS business when the Target expansion is complete, CVS will increase the number of employees but it hasn’t happened yet.”
