“My wife and I stopped in this past Friday, because we were looking for a custom wood entry way table and shelves to complement our wall. I have to be honest I don’t get excited very often but once we walked in with ideas of what we were looking for and with Erika’s help and Knowledge we both walked away from the whole experience blown away! “A group from my company was traveling to Wilmington for a meeting. We were looking for a group activity for everyone to enjoy. There were about 40 people in the group. Seasoned Gourmet set up 2 seatings for a cooking class for our team. They did an amazing job of managing all of the accomodations for the various food allergies/ preferences. They also set up a ravioli makimg competition! It was great.

“Great supply house. The showroom sales staff is either completely out of touch or just play ignorant. How does your sales person not know what a toilet in a box is? Then claim they have no idea what lowes sells. I get it it’s your competition. No excuse to be ignorant of the products in the industry your in.”

Yes, I got my toilet seats there, and they are great, but if you care WHO you do business with and WHY, PCPS is one you will want to remember and recommend. “My husband and I were in the process of remodeling our home and needed all new lighting fixtures. After looking at fixtures online, I decided I needed to look at them in person. I was told by a friend that at Ferguson, to insure a one-on-one experience, it would be best to make an appointment, which I did online and was assigned Emily Kinney. When we arrived at our first appointment, we were slightly intimidated at the enormity of our project, but Emily quickly eased our minds. She was wonderful! She listened carefully to what we were looking for and when we had no idea of what we wanted, she made excellent suggestions. Her temperament was perfect for us. She is warm, has great taste, is easy going and never gave up until she found just the right options for us. It took us about three appointments to get our choices made. We even picked out all our kitchen and bathroom hardware. We are so thankful for Emily! Ferguson is very fortunate to have her! She made our experience 5 star! “My kitchen looks marvulus... I didn't have any problem with templating , installation or sales and customer service was outstanding during whole job. I picked my stone on a Tuesday. Template was done next day on Wednesday and my kitchen was installed Friday morning in about 2 hours was completely done and sealed. Eric and his installers were polite and very to the point on everything they did. Very professional and educated about what they were doing. Explained every step of install. The guys cleaned up after themselves all the way from the kitchen to the front door. I was very impressed and would recommend Allstone Corp. to anyone. Whole process was easy and again professional.”
