It has basically been the only task we have had in moving that went smoothly! The sales associate John was welcoming and informative, but not pushy or overbearing. The lady who handled the paperwork and delivery arrangements, Angel, was true to her name, as construction jobs at our home forced us to keep pushing back the delivery date, and she showed incredible patience with us and accommodated us. The delivery guys Dante and Brad came on time and worked hard not only to set up our furniture, but also to adjust a couple of things that were a little off. Came into here with a list of requirements, all of which were no problem for them to handle- plush, budget concerns, needed to have a guaranteed delivery today, etc. Short story, tried several mattresses in their show room and the guy working was extremely helpful in talking me through the process of narrowing down to which one was best for me! I guarantee her prices are well below store front prices and the quality is the same if not better. I purchased a queen mattress with a euro top brand new and a frame to go with it. I paid well under what I would have paid at and ‘named’ stores and the quality is the same or better. “This place is a discount Warehouse version of their main furniture store. They have very beautiful high quality furniture from couches to tables to mirrors, rugs and just about anything else you can think of. It really is like a toy store for adults shopping to furnish a space. The people there were very friendly and there is someone on site who can help you design your space with the furniture you like in mind in a 3D rendering program, pretty awesome.
They say they do run sales and will hold your furniture up to a year, and that can be very helpful depending on your situation. At the end of the day, this is a great place to buy quality furniture, but their prices seem to be very high for a place that is described as a discount Warehouse. Also, they have strange hours and sometimes close by 2:00 p.m. on a business day.”
