I toured Mayfaire Flats this afternoon and had a great experience. The ladies in the leasing office were so friendly, welcoming, and informative. They made the tour enjoyable and answered all of my questions. It looks like a great place to live!

Definitely recommend living here if you're looking to move to wilmington or just a different complex! Whitney (the office manager) goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of and made the rental process a breeze! Super convenient to so many great things in the area 🤍
