“I'm giving it five stars hands down based solely on the people and the service. I would say I wish they had online ordering or weekend service but it isn't a deal breaker that they don't. On the occasion I get a paper script, I fill it at a nearby pharmacy, though I suppose you could in theory go to their physical location or something.”

“I use an electric oxygen concentrator 24x7 and recently moved to Wilmington from Florida. The power went out and I had no ETA from Duke Energy. I called Home Medical and within 10 minutes a nice man arrived and setup a big non-electric oxygen tank for me. KUDOS! And thanks!”

“Lincare provides reliable service with scheduled orders for CPAP supplies, but they also provide outstanding customer service off-schedule. I have had 2 incidents within the past couple of months when I needed to call -- once after midnight when I couldn't get my machine to work and the representative quickly diagnosed my problem and I was able to continue. The second was user error! I mistakenly discarded a vital piece of equipment while traveling and when I arrived home called my local Lincare and they were able to supply me with the missing piece that day.Thank you Lincare for your caring service.”
“Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.”
