“I personally don’t have a google acct so I am writing the review on my sons acct. I want to give MAJOR PROPS to the manager Ann Hall for everything she does for the store and for her customers. She is hands on with the customers and shops with them to feel them out for what they want/need. I feel like she’s always in the store and it makes me feel great to see her and work with her. Yesterday I was shopping for jeans for myself, son and daughter. Ann helped me along with Jenna up to the final sale. She actually let Jenna have credit for the sale to show her what it’s like to work one on one with a customer and the rep-or it builds. I don’t know I just always feel like family in that store and Ann can always relate to everything I am feeling as far as picking / trying clothes. This store ROCKS and without Ann I think it would cave !!!!”

“This is a must visit every time I'm in town. My favorite place to pick up a new deck, and their selection is always refreshed. There is something new to see each time, I could spend hours in there. At my most recent visit, Tabitha and the other person at the register (their name slipped my mind 😭) were very helpful, as the staff always is!!”

“Super friendly, family-owned and operated business. Went in about 6 weeks before my wedding and they were able to help me find a suit, order it, and receive it at the shop in about 2 weeks. They also did the alterations as well within another week. Definitely recommend checking them out for any formal wear needs.”

“This is one of the best locations at Independence Mall. There are only a few major known name brand stores here. Vans and Zumiez being of note. I give major props to Igor and especially Ari, whom guided me along the way of finding the right shoe for me. She knew what kind of shoe I wanted and showed me many varieties like it. I didn't expect to walk out with two pairs, but she could tell what kind of aesthetic I liked in a shoe. Therefore, i will be back for all my vans needs in the future.”

“I wanted to say how amazingly sweet these employees are, I had purchased a really unique pair of earrings while there on vacation and couldn't find them when I returned to Denver, i called the shop and Marie was so sweet and helpful and even offered to check another location to see if we could replace them. I found them, but I wanted to say thank you so much! We don't see this kindness in Denver. It's refreshing to know it still exists!”

“Estrella and Graham, as well as another young lady working this morning were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs and speaking with customers. Not only were they going out of their way to make conversation they were polite and well-mannered. It made the experience that much better.
This store is very clean as well. I love Old Navy because they actually make cotton clothes, instead of polyester clothes. With all that said, I recommend coming to this location and shopping with Old Navy.”
“Been revamping my wardrobe from the ground up as of late and decided to get a WHOLE bunch of linen pieces from this store. The construction of the clothing has been very nice so far and I am in love with the very simple and clean design of the garnments. My experience in store was wonderful and the staff was quite sociable! I had pieces I wanted to swap out for different colors as I wasn't quite satisfied and the staff helped me go through with an exchange. Definitely making this a go to store for me in the future.”
