“I personally don’t have a google acct so I am writing the review on my sons acct. I want to give MAJOR PROPS to the manager Ann Hall for everything she does for the store and for her customers. She is hands on with the customers and shops with them to feel them out for what they want/need. I feel like she’s always in the store and it makes me feel great to see her and work with her. Yesterday I was shopping for jeans for myself, son and daughter. Ann helped me along with Jenna up to the final sale. She actually let Jenna have credit for the sale to show her what it’s like to work one on one with a customer and the rep-or it builds. I don’t know I just always feel like family in that store and Ann can always relate to everything I am feeling as far as picking / trying clothes. This store ROCKS and without Ann I think it would cave !!!!”
“Was in dryer need of some new boots for OTR Trucking red wing had the style I wanted. I’ve always had a hard time finding my size 14 at different stores like tractor supply who only carry up in most boots size 12 - 13 so glad I was in town for those couple of day to get a life time pair…😊”

“Walking into this store turned me into a lifelong fan of vintage shops. It was an absolutely incredible experience. I found my favorite dress here, and the quality is beyond words.
Nowadays, it’s almost impossible to find anything like this in regular stores. Everything is made with true craftsmanship, built to last for decades.
There is so much beautiful clothing here, but I especially recommend paying attention to the nightgowns, lingerie, and corsets. There is also a wonderful selection of elegant, old-fashioned dresses and jewelry. I couldn’t resist and bought several pieces.”
“This is one of the best locations at Independence Mall. There are only a few major known name brand stores here. Vans and Zumiez being of note. I give major props to Igor and especially Ari, whom guided me along the way of finding the right shoe for me. She knew what kind of shoe I wanted and showed me many varieties like it. I didn't expect to walk out with two pairs, but she could tell what kind of aesthetic I liked in a shoe. Therefore, i will be back for all my vans needs in the future.”

“Some of these other reviews are obviously BS. Bosemans is a retail store, not resell. They get their product direct from the manufacturer, just like other retail stores. So to compare them to the local resell shop, or accuse them of selling fakes is pretty ridiculous. They're entirely different businesses, business models, policies etc. Resell shops buy from other people and resell at higher prices. Bosemans buys direct and sells for retail price, meaning the same price Nike sells for. Bosemans is a small business competing with the giant sneaker stores (Finish Line, Dicks etc) and they deserve community support. They are a goldmine for the actual sneaker community and they give everyone a chance at the biggest drops, no matter how hype. They also run crazy deals on a regular basis and staff like Jamar are always helpful. Check it out for yourself”

I want to commend Darnell W. at the Wilmington NC Independence Mall store. He assisted me this am. July 22, 2026 in using a gift card to purchase 3 pair of Crocks. He helped me determine the correct size, as the labels were very confusing. I did try them on. Very pleased with the colors available and the fit. Darnell has been with Foot Locker a long time, as I spoke with him on phone several months ago, prior to making the trip to Wilmington. Very helpful and professional.”

She left me 8ish pairs in a dressing room, and offered to grab me anything else if I didn't like them or they didn't fit. Phenomenal service. PS...their warranty is a big plus as well - try your purchase for 30 days and if not satisfied return for refund or exchange. Can't beat that!”
