“I was very pleased and shocked about the amount of money I received from the items I took there. The young man was very nice to me. I wasn't treated like a customer, I was treated like family. He really made my day. My truck was in the shop and I needed money and that was the first time I had ever had to sell my silver and gold and again I was shocked at the price. He could have given me a low price and I would have never known the difference, but he didn't and I respect that. True honesty is hard to find these days. If anyone ever ask for a place to sell, I will always send them there. Thank you so much Dylan”
“After a terrible experience down the street at the Oleander location, the team at National Pawn on Dawson was a breath of fresh air! We came in looking for a PS5, and our salesman, Mark, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to take care of us, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. He even included the warranty for the exact same price we had initially expected to pay elsewhere, without us even having to ask. Mark made the entire process seamless, honest, and stress-free. If you are looking for great service and peace of mind, come to this location and ask for Mark!”
“I come in here all the time for the past 4 years and everyone that's worked in here has been so pleasant and very helping they have a lot of patience with me since I'm hard to deal with and I just love them and I think they all are doing an amazing job and need a raise”
“Love this National Pawn Shop I really can't go in without buying or lawaying something and yes they know me as a regular, and they staff are very friendly, so I say come and check them out”
“The first time that I walked into Pond South they were so nice they welcomed you. They helped you with whatever you needed and their price was a lot better than anywhere else I had been you did get your bang for your buck so if you have anything that you need to get rid of pawn South on Oleander Drive? It’s a place to go. They treat you Fair. I just want to say thank you to the young man that was helping me. He was so kind I got more than what I thought. I’m very grateful.”
“Amee at National Pawn in Wilmington made selling my computer monitor for a fair price quick and easy. What more can you ask? The store was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Try them out.”
“Extremely friendly down to earth people.. Full disclosure no shady shit here. 100% legit shop. They understand sometimes you're just in a bind and need a lil bit of extra loot. They aren't out to get you for sure. They actually want to help you! I've had to take my side arm in on several occasions. I will not do business with any other shop. And as for buying.. they definitely have good deals.”
“Sold my mp40 for slightly less than my original lowest value but that is because of the integrity and honesty of Jean who walked me through the process and has such a kind heart.”

“I shop there all the time and I love JILL!!!!! Get the beat deals here been doing business with them for over 5 years, but since Jill has been there I frequent the store about every week to get deals!!!”
“I purchased a used gun here in June 2024. At checkout, I asked if they had the original case with the accessories and was told no, which is what I expected. Last weekend I received a call from the business and they had located the case and wanted to ship it to me at no cost. They could’ve just thrown it away, but they went above and beyond.
If you go here and have a problem, you are more than likely the problem. Support local.”
