Beautiful inventory and quality pieces! The employees are cordial and professional. We didn't buy anything but appreciated their acknowledgement when we arrived. We haven't visited in years but when I've decided on my next bedroom furniture I will be back to make purchases I saw lots of possibilities.

I never leave a bad review but as a long time customer of this store I was offended at how rudely I was treated at this store in Mayfair this morning. It’s never happened before but I’m thinking twice before I go back !

Despite being understaffed Voncell was very kind polite efficient and helpful. Pottery Barn continues to be my favorite place for Home decor items
