Sales like BOGO specials occur, but can be confusing. The service includes helpful options like ordering items not available in store. It is considered a best and "go to" place, prompting customers to return.

Each room has a wonderful selection of shoes. I was really impressed by how big the store was and how friendly the staff was. All the shows were well prices and they had a BOGO special going on. We went looking for prom shoes and there were so many choices. I will definitely be back again.
