On Saturday around 10 and 11 o’clock I came in to do equipment return I was greeted by a nice young white male about 6 foot brownish, reddish hair, scruffy face that told me as he grab my bag and said thank you. OK that’s it. I said, is there anything else that I need to do because you know you didn’t allow me to sign in anything else I mean he said no …I rise this morning and I have a message telling me that I did not return my equipment I called spectrum spectrum says they have no record of me returning my equipment. Whoever that was working in that section store needs to scan that equipment so that it comes off of my account. This is ridiculous . Not only did spectrum give me a terrible moving experience that cost me an extra $200 now you’re trying to say i didn’t return equipment !!!! so I don’t care if you have a run to Tate back but this needs to be fixed!!!!!!!!

Spectrum is the worst! Called to cancel my cable service and retain internet service on 9/16/23. I dealt with a rude girl in Michigan that spent the first 15 minutes trying to sell me other Spectrum products and services. I could write a book on Spectrum's deplorable customer service, but allow me to simply add the highlights: After call visited Spectrum office and turned in equipment. Modem has still not arrived as of 10/16/23, so I called and inquired. I was informed that my account showed all of the above info, but the modem ship and the cable cancelation was not put into motion. I was told to speed the process up, I should re-visit my local store for a new modem. After and hour long wait to be seen, the store employee tried to give me a new router. I corrected him and received a new modem. This morning I received a new Spectrum statement (at the full amount for cable, DVRs, and internet), so I inquired about this upon receiving my modem. I was told I needed to call back and have my bill addressed over the phone....I am currently at 4 phone calls and two trips to Spectrum to simply cancel my cable service. I called and he told me that he had to send my request to higher ups to get my bill adjusted...After expressing my dissatisfaction with Spectrum, he placed me on hold and stated that moving forward, I would only have an internet bill for 84.99 per month. I asked him if I would receive an updated bill and he tried to serve me a word salad, so I repeated my question that he would not directly answer. Will I receive a new bill via my email? He finally stated yes, but I have my doubts. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with and intend to cancel internet via Spectrum as soon as I can find a new provider.

Common wait time. The manager was straight up small talking while 2 other employees helped one person. One was in training, the other was training. I asked the manager if it was going to take 3 people for each person in line and she said “ma’am I am the manager, I don’t work the registers and we are training” But you weren’t, you were gabbing to the customer about what grocery stores you went to, your birthday and anything else but providing customer service to the 7 other groups that were waiting. There was an older gentleman that didn’t know how to check in but obviously was just there to pay his bill and instead of assisting him the manager continued to ignore the store and he left, frustrated even though another customer offered to help him sign in. After I asked my question, the manager got defensive and was coming at me as I was leaving the store. I was just there to return equipment. Multitasking is a real skill, management is a skill too but this store is lacking both.

Last thing I remember, I was Running for the door I had to find the passage back To the place I was before "Relax, " said the cable man "We are programmed to receive.. You can check-in any time you like ,But you can never leave!"Pretty much sums up my experience

The wait was unfortunately long, but the guy helping us was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and gave us advice that will save us $300 (in real life dollars, not advertisement dollars). I almost never leave google reviews but, Thank you Sam, you're incredible.

Absolutely horrific. Checked in and selected 'pick up equipment" waited 1 hour and was greeted by Mr Personality who tells me that this store doesn't have any equipment. Just curt and completely uncaring and unhelpful. Didn't offer any options or other solutions and allowed me to walk out frustrated and annoyed. Customer service training classes must be few and far between nowadays.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. They only have two employees that can help customers and one employee that quite literally walks around the store. My fiancé needed to pick up a modem and router. (Not purchase…just pick up) We walked in, signed the wait list, and waited, and waited…andddd waited. We went from #5 on the list to #3. After an hour passed we finally asked what was going on. We simply needed to pick up two items. The employee that was walking around the store said “we don’t know how long it will take depending on what each customer needs.” We understood that but, my fiancé and I weren’t there to purchase a new phone, set up a new device, or get help with a problem. Simply there for a two minute interaction. We ended up leaving and making an appointment. We got a text an hour after we left the store saying it was our turn on the waiting list we were previously on. THATS CRAZY!!!! I will say, when we came back to the store at our schedule time, it was much better. Moral of the story, MAKE A RESERVATION if you visit this store.

I recently visited this spectrum location. I was having quite a bit of issues with my phone so I knew the visit wasn’t going to be super easy going. But Lauren was super helpful and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied and completely taken care of before letting me leave. She was very polite and helped me in every way and more than I expected!

This was by far the absolute WORST Store/EXPERIENCE I have EVER had in a Spectrum store! Honestly, I had to deal with this location as mine, I would switch to ANYONE Else for my internet!!!! While visiting my kid, their modem died completely! I called customer service who was amazing! They said yes, it needs swapped out and I have notified the store you are coming, and as soon as I got off the phone I went over. My kid lives 8 minutes away. As I walked in, they had four employees working at four computers. The customer service rep on the phone said they will know you’re coming, simply go and get in line and it’s a quick swap out of equipment, so that’s exactly what I did. When I got in line I was yelled at saying I needed to go sign in if I wanted to be seen as EVERYONE in the store looked at me as I was yelled at! 53 minutes later after signing in I was called up!!!!!!!! 53 minutes waiting for a less than 30 second swap of defective equipment!!! Every single person waiting there was waiting for help with their cell phones! I was the ONLY person with a defective equipment swap out! I have NEVER EVER been to a Spectrum location that had four employees working at four separate computers that didn’t have ONE employee for equipment swap outs!! This was absolutely ridiculous!! Ps, I was also told this equipment I was handing in that stopped completely even powering up was soooo old they couldn’t believe my kid even still had it!!! I said well, that’s funny you say that, since it was just mailed to them in May of this year when they moved into their new place!!!!!!!! What’s going on Spectrum???? You NEED to do BETTER!!!

I came in with a faulty phone and was expecting the worst time, but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the attentive nature of my experience. Lauren was absolutely amazing and so patient with my situation. She spent no exaggeration 3 hours fixing my issue so that I could transfer all of my data and truly saved the day TRULY BEST PHONE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!!

I wish I could give no stars!! Awful customer service, constantly rising prices on every bill and they charge for a FULL MONTH of service even if you cancel a few days into the month!!! They DO NOT care if you are disappointed with their service and will take the time to try and offer you a temporary better offer but NOT tell you that if you cancel now you will pay for a FULL month!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will constantly raise your bill and DO NOT care how angry you are because they think they will be able to force you to use their services again if you move elsewhere with no other options for service!! I will NEVER even if I have to pay more use them again no matter what they change their name to next time!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I visited another Spectrum store but they only had two employees working and there were about 25-30 people waiting so I left.When I got to this store they had four employees working and about 5-6 people waiting, so they got to me in about 10 minutes.My transaction was handled quickly and courteously, and I was on my way.

I was not told on the phone that I could make a reservation for a time. I tried to arrive at 10a but didn’t realize Mall didn’t open at 10. Couldn’t find exterior store door. Finally got in at 10:20.BUT once I was on the list to be seen, things seemed to be moving rather efficiently. By watching the “place in line” screen I could see I had time to return to my car for a jacket. Once I was seen, the agent handled my requests efficiently.
