The staff was honestly the best part of our experience. All 3 of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Deciding on a new bike is not easy and we are very indecisive people, but they helped us every step of the way. We even put a bike on hold, realized it wasn’t the right feeling/fit after coming back a second time so they helped us order a new one to the store and put it together for us. We will be back for our bike maintenance and accessories in the future. If you’re looking into buying a bike, we high recommend going here!!”

“Rented a tandem kayak for some friends & I to go out to sharktooth island. Spoke with Chris and he made everything so easy. All I had to do was back the truck to the back gate, they loaded the kayak, and strapped it down for me. Price was really good, like better than all kayak rentals in Wilm (i called every kayaking place in the area)! And I recommed this place for experienced kaykers, they dont make you go out with a guide!”

“Ordered a Plan B complete deck because the price just couldn’t be beat. This is my first time back on a board in at least 10 years, so I didn’t want to dump a ton of money into it out of the gate. The website said the grip tape was damaged and the board would need to be regripped. They did supply a free sheet of grip tape. From what I can see, the board looks absolutely mint. Nothing wrong with the grip tape at all, which made this buy even better. Ordered yesterday and received the deck today. Could not be happier and I will absolutely order from again.”

Cute accessories and very friendly staff. They made a lasting impression when around the holidays last year they gave my daughter a little gift bag for being such a good customer. It meant a lot to her and to me! They keep track of your purchases for you and have an easy check-out process. Shop local!”

The worker Chad I believe his name was - was so gracious & took his time despite being close to closing & by the time the hat was done it was 15 mins past closing. He was so friendly & patient. Obvi not my plans to be that late again on someone, but he was great considering the circumstances & I know how it can be wanting to get right out! I love my hat! Thank you !”
