Talbots provides amazing and wonderful customer service. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, delightful, and kind. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, with a great eye for style. They listen to the customer, ask great questions, and provide amazing selections of beautiful clothes. They ensure customers know the current and upcoming specials and amazing sales. The staff is extremely helpful in finding the right color or right size, setting up dressing rooms, and making sure everyone is well taken care of even when busy. Customers leave with a smile, praising the great service and great job on staffing.
