Pretty easy to find stuff - but can be confusing for freshman - since the upstairs is the bookstore and the downstairs is an extension, I've gone up and down a lot when first starting at UNCW.
I would recommend asking the person downstairs if you need help before assuming all the stuff you need would be upstairs
