Eddie rocks he deserves a raise a bonus I'll even pay for his bonus this store saved me hundreds of dollars today and we could not figure it out and I came into the store and everything got turned around anything you need you come to the store they Rock there you go I'm trying to be nice can I add a photo of you

The absolute worst Verizon experience I’ve had in the over 10 years with them. They would not even discuss my phone with me even though I had the PIN for the account, I said they could call either of the authorized users on the account and get a code from them. Verizon tech said no. (Both authorized users do not live nearby. One has COVID and one of them is on call at a hospital.) The Verizon tech did not care and said that one of them had to be there with me with their ID to even DISCUSS my phone. Even though my name is attached to my phone/number/account and is paid off. On 12/18 another family member on our account (who is also not an authorized user) went to Verizon. That Verizon store simply texted the authorized user and asked them to click a link to confirm access. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO.Beyond ALL of this. The Verizon tech was rude and dismissive. When I brought up all of these suggestions and the link that was sent on 12/18 from another store, he did not care. He was rude from the moment my appointment was ready.He then said I could go to an authorized dealer for Verizon in Wilmington, that they would be able to use the account PIN. He said they would be able to do 95% percent of the things his store could do. I asked for examples of the other 5% that they couldn’t do. After fighting with me about what that store couldn’t do, he gave me 3 examples. None of which had to do with why I was there in the first place. I called the authorized dealer store before driving all the way there. That store said they could not help me either, that the authorized users needed to be there with ID. So I would have wasted my time there too, on the recommendation of this Verizon tech/store.

We went into this location this morning to get my phone hooked back up to the network because I was unable to make calls or texts all of a sudden. We didn't make an appointment, but got seen within a few minutes. We had Joshua help us and he was wonderful. He went over our plan and swapped out my SIM card, as well as added my watch to the plan. He recommended bundling our apps to save some money, and we had a very pleasant experience. If we need anything with Verizon I will be going back to this location due to the great customer service.

The store manager Chris was beyond helpful and friendly. His customer service was top notch and made what I thought was going to be a stressful visit actually a pleasant visit. Thank you!

Jason was extraordinarily helpful walking me through the process of changing from my provider of more than 20 years to Verizon. I wanted to keep my number; I have had it for just as long. He had a great attitude and patiently answered my many (and probably repetitious) questions. Ultimately, I have to return because the phone I wanted was backordered; I hope I get to finalize the process with Jason. From what I could tell, all of the staff seemed equally helpful and the queue was well organized. I had an equally positive experience in this store a few months ago when my brother had to upgrade our 92 year old mother's cell phone.

I walked in to this Verizon store extremely upset & frustrated after receiving a defective replacement iPhone from asurion. I made an appointment @ verizon @ Mayfare in Wilmington NC hoping they could help me set up the replacement iPhone I had been sent. Turned out they (asurion) had sent me yet another defective replacement iPhone!! I was VERY upset to say the least.Larry was the Verizon technician who helped me through this extremely difficult process to amend this complex problem of obtaining an adequate fully functioning replacement iPhone.Larry was polite & knowledgeable as he troubleshooted the issues I was experiencing. I however was frantic, understandably of course. But Larry remained calm as he reassured me he would personally make sure my issues were corrected when I was sent a proper replacement iPhone. He totally came through!! I can’t say enough about Larry’s professionalism & expertise for which I am truly grateful!

At first we weren't sure how the visit would go, we got checked in & somehow we 'fell off' the list. HOWEVER, the staff was AMAZING & got to us right away (where we would have been in line after others before us).The staff was VERY tech savvy - which I was delighted with as we had a tech issue with a brand new phone & had to exchange after only having the device about 1-hour & realizing it didn't have enough memory (uug, $50 re-stock fee, but that was my own fault!).Everyone in the shop was lovely, and I know they deal with ticked off customers all the time. They were super nice, funny & knew how to fix all our issues.
