“The most incredible vet in Wilmington! So beyond grateful for how much he cares for Bella and all pets. Bella suffered a horrible side effect from a drug called PosaTex that another vet prescribed to her which caused her to go 100% deaf in both of her ears. It was absolutely devastating and she was so miserable and confused for over a week. She also had a double ear infection. No one was willing to help. Dr Kerr was able to fit her in promptly and he recommended Ozone therapy. Within 24 hours of her first treatment, Bella’s hearing had significantly improved and her infection is almost gone at recheck that she has been fighting for over a month. Dr Kerr has truly saved us! We are so thankful her hearing is coming back. He also has checked in on us multiple times to see how she’s doing. Thank you so much!”

It is your responsibility as a pet owner to have all that set up. Not the vets. As when you have a child you provide all previous child's records so the Doctors know. Don't blame the Dr for your lack of pet ownership. And having all the paperwork of your pets issues.”

“We had just moved to Wilmington and our rescue hound needed some care to his mouth. We has already seen another vet here and did not find the experience satisfactory and hugely expensive for what was provided ( a standard vaccination). Needham was recommended to us. We cannot say enough about how welcoming the space is, how courteous and friendly the staff were and how exceptional Dr. Gentile was in his thorough and knowledgeable approach, his recommendations and the complete lack of "push" for more tests or treatments. Our pup is 8 years old and we had been to many vets over the years - the majority were skilled and provided adequate service, some excellent service - but our wary rescue usually resisted entering a vet building and mostly trembled in the waiting room. Not this time - his tail did not stop wagging and his face was relaxed and happy. Is that not the best recommendation? our canine companions know so much more than we do! The treatment on his mouth is working a dream and the cost was very reasonable.”
“I'm now taking my dogs for their annual shots here every year. They conduct a very good operation keep things moving, a real vet does the actual injections and my dog's are healthy and happy. It is a terrific savings as well over what your pay on top of a wellness exam at an established vet office. Thanks for offering this service. PS I do take my dog's to a vet office annually too, I know this doesn't take the place of the need for those visits as well but the savings on the vaccinations is remarkable.”

“I switched to Forest Hills approximately four years ago when I moved into the neighborhood. I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the quality of care and concern they have shown in taking excellent care of my aging beagle. My dog has undergone two TPLO surgeries under their care. I felt total confidence in their surgeon, and appreciated their attention and direction throughout his recoveries. The thing that stands out the most about this practice is the personal touch they bring to caring for my precious beagle guy. Because he is aging, our appointments are not always straightforward. They consistently take the time to listen to my concerns in full, locate the issue, and patiently provide an overview of treatment options. When I have had emergent concerns they have always managed to fit me in on the same day to see a doctor! I can't say enough about Forest Hills - the staff and medical team is incredible and I can't imagine taking my pup anywhere else in Wilmington! They really care and that means the world.”
