Johanna in particular was awesome and friendly. Fantastic customer service. I had a difficult issue and they helped me right away. I do wish they’d be a little better about picking up the phone but certainly glad for the great service.

This is a fantastic bank. I always have a wonderful experience with their staff and financial services. Their team is very friendly and knowledgeable while looking out for our best interests as members. From wire transfers, to savings accounts, to new credit cards - they have our loyalty and trust.

I was shocked to see bad reviews of this bank Which is why I’m giving it five stars. Everyone in there is very helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem in there. They have gone out of their way on every occasion to help me. Keep up the great work.
