I bought my daughter a Christmas gift and they shipped the wrong item. I called the day that she received it and they were supposed to ship out a replacement that day and it was supposed to arrive by the Dec 21st. My daughter had to ship back what they sent in error. I never got an email confirmation, although I got an email for a review of the customer service person. So today is the 21st and nothing showed up. I called them and they said it was never shipped. They were going to cancel the order and send me an email to send back the item that they accidentally sent us. So basically my daughter would have gotten nothing for Christmas except correcting W-S mistake. They finally put me through to a supervisor who said he could rush deliver the original product that I ordered to arrive by this Saturday right before Christmas. He sent me an email to return the product that they accidentally sent us, but I still haven’t received a confirmation email that they rush shipped the original gift. It was originally ordered clear back on the 14th. I told him I wasn’t comfortable getting off the phone without that confirmation email and he said it would be coming shortly and I told him that’s what the last person said. Worst customer service ever. I will never order from them again I don’t know if the gift for my daughter is going to show up on Saturday or if it’s going to show up at all. They sure did get that email out for us to return the accidental shipment and for us to fix their shipping error though.

Was told that I had 30 days to return the expresso machine I bought from here. After using it for a bit I was not a fan of the machine so I brought it back to return it where I was told that I was not able to return it because there was nothing wrong with it, I was not told that when I bought it. I don’t really care that I’m out $600, but they need to make sure that everyone knows the policies. The service was great and everyone was nice but maybe explain the return policy better next time. If I had known that stipulation I would have bought it from Amazon.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We will never order from this company again or deal with the distribution center again. It is now January, over a handful of cancellations and hours upon hours of waiting and working around scheduling. It is now January and we have been waiting for our delivery since September. We have been told numerous different things that never add up. They can't find one piece, but have another, the delivery is cancelled and all of the sudden the piece they apparently couldn't find will show up without the piece they apparently did have. We have had tiny pieces of a pottery barn bed sitting in our floor for months now. These people must be on heavy, heavy drugs because they are the biggest mess of a company I have ever seen with no regard for customer service, time, ect. Total nightmare.

Customer service is extraordinary and well worth the premium dollars paid for their merchandise!!! They stand behind their products 100%. The staff in Mayfair is exemplary!!!!! Will never buy another piece of cookware anyplace else!

I love Williams and Sonoma and the products- I order white geranium dish soap and counter cleaner from them every month -I shop there every Christmas and love their dish towels and buy the Christmas peppermint bark as gifts -My complaint is the 18 ounce spray and bottle of soap comes to me in two separate gigantic card board boxes if I order - I don’t understand this & it seems silly to me !
