“Everytime I go in I am immediately greeted and my name is put in cue. There are times that I have to wait, but I’ve never waited an excessive amount of time. When I am helped, the agents in the store do all they can to help me regardless of how long it takes. I’ve never left feeling any type of way other than completely satisfied. The cellular service is great, the customer service is great. I’d recommend Verizon to anyone. Thank you to the Raleigh Road Crew, Wilson NC for making me feel like a valued customer of Verizon.”
