“Returned an item today. The manager was so polite and helpful. She even rolled a cart to my vehicle to retrieve the item I needed to return. It's great to experience such great customer service.”
“So far great experience here. My dogs seem to like this location better than the petsmart grooming in Rocky Mount. This location is bigger as well. The Rocky Mount location service and pricing kept changing the longer I went. Hopefully this Wilson location won’t treat me like that.”
