Tractor Supply Co. is a trusted neighborhood rural lifestyle store offering pet supplies, livestock feed, power equipment, workwear, and more. The staff are friendly, quick to assist, and attentive to customer needs, often going out of their way to help. Customers appreciate that the store typically has items available online that are in stock in-store, avoiding common frustrations. The crew at the Wilson location is especially praised for their helpfulness, with one customer highlighting their excellent service when assisting with a flat tire, even offering to wait past closing time. The staff is also responsive when problems arise, quickly identifying solutions and helping with large returns. However, there was some confusion about the price match policy; one cashier was not fully knowledgeable about it, stating it only applies to local stores with items in stock, when the actual policy allows matching online or in-store prices from trusted sources like Amazon, as long as the item is shipped and sold by the retailer. Overall, Tractor Supply Co. is seen as a reliable store with helpful staff and a good selection of products, making it a favorite for those seeking quality rural lifestyle supplies.
