Realo Drugs is a wonderful pharmacy with the absolute best customer service in Wilson. The staff is among the most helpful and friendliest encountered, known for being knowledgeable and truly caring about customers. They treat people with the utmost respect and go over and above to help, solving problems quickly where others cannot. They are nothing but helpful, even finding coupons that sometimes result in no charge for medications. Customers describe the service as very good and report that switching prescriptions is fast and easy. The pharmacy is highly recommended as a place with life-saving care and great customer service.

Great people doing a great job. Usually we are in and out quickly or through the drive-thru quickly. Even better most of our medications we get monthly or delivered to our home.
