This place is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I called a prescription in on a Monday and I didn't receive it until Thursday and it was the WRONG prescription. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who acted as if she could care less, also followed by a text message stating they could no longer service me. Never again! I Would Not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!

Received TERRIBLE customer service from the counter and pharmacy employees on 12/09/22 at this business. Manager waited until 3:30 pm 12/12/22 to contact me. She stated she had "talked to the employees" and apologized for their actions. Simply "talking" to the employee is unacceptable and I told her so. After all, the employees, and not the manager, are the individuals who need to be apologizing. Nevertheless, she the manager, did not indicate that she would even require them to do so, much less be disciplined, for their actions. I will be determining the store owner's name and contact information in order to see if he/she will offer to do more about this matter. The only reason I am giving this place one star is that Goggle will not publish the review if you do not; otherwise it would have been a thumbs down review.

This pharmacy has the absolute BEST customer service of anywhere in Wilson. After our son was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, they have been nothing but helpful when other pharmacies have just been a pain. They have even found coupons for some of our son's medications, some coupons made it so there was no charge to us! Thank you Realo for literally being life savers and taking such great care of our son!!

I have been using this Realo for about a year and a half. Very good service! Yesterday I finally convinced my wife to switch to Realo. She never wanted to take the time to switch over her current meds. But it literally took just a minute and she is extremely happy with the great customer service.

They have take home Covid tests but they are $25.99 for the same exact test Walgreens had in stock yesterday for $9.99. This price gouging should be illegal.

Left CVS because of frequent errors, bland attitudes and some rudeness...changed to Realo (pleasant at first)but starting to see the same here. Especially errors and date mixups with some rudeness( to be fair not all)...will stay a few more months but hearing of problems at all of the area Pharmacies. I hope there are positive changes coming.Update: On a positive note....Realo called with an effort to address my concerns with problems I've experienced so hopefully adjustments with my account will be made. Will update in the months ahead.

I can’t thank the staff at this pharmacy enough. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get the meds I needed for my son. They are the only pharmacy that works closely with the makers of Cotempla, and the staff called the company and did so much extra work to help us. THANK YOU!!!!

I’ll attempt to make this as succinct. I’ve been a customer here for about 6 months. Staff in general always friendly and helpful. Having said that, I have one extremely negative encounter with one pharmacist there (whom I shall not name out of professional respect). During that encounter, I was refused a refill of a benzodiazepine (for anxiety d/o) although I was due this refill. Pharmacist curtly told me I was “abusing and taking too much” of this medication although I have been prescribed said medication for over 10 years, have always take it as prescribed and am a 23 year Nurse who knows better than to take “too much” of anything. I was highly offended at the time but I’m over it. Point being: Such unprofessional behavior, impulsive decision making and putting a label on any patient should not be tolerated.

I was very impressed with Realo because I was taking one of the medications that was recently on recall. I had been trying to contact my doctor to switch it but the office assured me it was okay. To my surprise Realo had took it upon themselves and contacted my doctors office and got the medication switched for me. Now that's customer service! As a pharmacy technician myself, I feel comfortable having this pharmacy as my pharmacy. So glad I switches to them. :)
