Staples is a store with high prices. Customers report items can be difficult to locate as products are not always in the right place. Stationery was hard to find and some products, like envelopes, can be limited or discolored. Associates are not always available to ask for help. However, for printing issues, associates provide great service, going above and beyond with patience, professionalism, and kindness. This location offers great small town hospitality.

So glad we can return Amazon things here when needed! We just discovered the bins too, which are great additions. I love finding new pens and other things for my desk while in there. Everyone is always very friendly as well.

I ordered business cards and the website was so easy to navigate and saved my drafts and I was looking at different designs. The order was completed ahead of schedule and they looked great!
